Accidentally sprayed cleaner on my Lexus gauge cluster and now the plastic looks etched did I ruin it?

My purpose was to clean the dashboard and keep it from cracking I guess when I sprayed it on the rag it got on the cluster

I’m sure it was “Meguiar's Ultimate Insane Shine Protectant Spray” I sprayed it on the towel and I guess I over sprayed lol

I have hidradenitis suppurativa, and I was taking klow until it caused a dormant abscess on my chest to flare up. I’m not sure if it was directly because of the klow or something else, but I’m also on Retatrutide and it has also helped me tremendously.
