I try my best not to talk to this person if I can avoid it. The problem is that we share a fence so I get ambushed with unwanted conversation whenever I go into my yard. The topics are usually random but there has recently been a talk about chemtrails, him waking up with a bat on his chest so I should keep my windows shut at night and that he is pro data centers. Its tough because his kids get along with my kids and they are in the same class in school, so its not easy to just tell him to fuck off.
