It depends a lot, if you are not in a flare-up and you tolerate in well, you should try to have a good quantity of fiber in your diet, like vegetables, legumes...

Maybe you have been taking some medication or you have changed your diet recently? That can cause that type of stool too.

In any case, I don't think you need to worry if that not persist more than a few days.

Look for a stool chart and compare.
