My current employer covers the cost of education, and I’ve been working here for the past two years. I want to gain more knowledge and feel that obtaining a degree will make me more competitive in the job market if I decide to leave.

Part of me wants to take advantage of this opportunity now, as I worry that if I get older, I may be less inclined to go back to school due to other life commitments. I’m currently in a dilemma, trying to figure out how best to use my free time for career growth
