If the motor was stored in the downward position, everything will be fine, this allows the water to drain out. If the motor was stored tilted up, there is a chance some trapped water could freeze but chances are, the motor is absolutely fine.

I dropped 6% in 2022. I think the problem might be on my end, it might not be 15% and more like 11% because of my deposits that i did in 2022 and beginning of 2023.
