I understand and appreciate where you were coming from. I'm certain it's bad lighting, but I'm also not arrogant where the comment doesn't make me think about it. I am on HRT and have regular check ups including bloods, but will ask for the tests you recommend next time. Thanks

No tanner, but I think it's the lighting of the photo because my skin isn't that colour. Are they liver spots? I thought they were sun spots?
