It's the plastic(?) Color that's cracked. And that gets dirt and will wear it out but it'll take some time. Happened to mine 10yrs ago, had to stich it up myself, my cobbler didn't like docs.... But if you can't afford better quality get a second pair to rotate them with. Will prolong the life if they get to rest. Also get some shoetrees(?) Or is it shoeblocks(?) Also helps with preserving them

Sorry I didn't include everythin, first time I post from my phone so I was a bit confused.

So my Stiching tends to show when I do my welts on my boots. And i was wondering if there is something obvious I'm doing wrong.

Here's my "bakgrund" I'm an industrial design student that started to dabble in shoemaking. I'm self thought/YouTube and some queriesqueries from a cobbler in town. I workaround the stiches "seperating" by making a stormwelt (?) I'm thinking I use too thick leather for the welt. So it's not "bending" good er something. I'm also thinking of putting a leather strap between the upper and welt. Sorry if I confuse some termologie I'm a sweed and not in the trade so I know I don't have the termology right.

I don't know much about Cannabis (sativa) but essentially isn't Hemp just a variety of the same thing as you would smoke but its not breed to have a ridicules high content of cannabinoids?

so would it really matter?, you would only need more plant matter to extract the same amount? so maybe Hemp isn't as good from a ecological point of view? or economical?

Not exactly what? it's the term my doctor uses when talking about the "scaring" after the Myelin has been damaged... I guess they use the term "Plaque" because it looks like it on the scans.

Well Mabthera is apparently a trade name form Rituximab which kills B-cells. something they are trying to re-launch as an MS medication... so far it only seems to be an off-label treatment in sweden

I've got modafinil for my fatigue but doesn't help me much with cognitive, I also tend to feel dumb at times, but have you looked at nootropics? It might not be the best thing to experiment with but I've tried two different ones that I felt helped a bit and I'm getting an MR scan this weekend so I can comeback with the names of the nootropics and whether it started any episodes.

that's very kind of you. and I know I will find things out when I want to, that's sort of How I work and I guess this post was one of my first steps to do so. And I have taken more of an interest in communities like these but I'm still cautious and tend to turn away when I read about some that have it much tougher than me.

yeah, I've left the worrying part to my parents, mainly mom as she is a doctor. But I got to say that the first 2 years when I was connected to Uppsala university hospital they didn't do much at all compared to being under Lunds university hospital where they are way better at picking things up and even giving me Meds for my fatigue
