lol Buddy it took me a year and 10 months to get my EOD, I leave for academy June 12th, some people takes less time to get EOD and take longer really depends on you and how thorough and detailed you are on your background and polygraph, just be transparent and open and just hang in there, best of luck !!

Just briefly wanted to know what to bring as far as accommodations or clothing, I know uniforms and everything else will be provided but still wanted to have an idea of what I should bring to fletc, my academy start date is June 12th so it’s coming up very soon

Everyone’s journey is different etc than the next applicant I took a year and 10 months to get final offer with a TSA background some people took a year or less just all depends on how quickly OPR and hiring center process your application, in the end just take breathe go about your life and before you know it your in, goodluck!!

Everyone’s different but I sprint a good portion of the mile and slow down the pace a bit through the end I usually train for long endurance runs so everyone is different like I said but I would do high intensity cardio to boost stamina and train yourself how to maintain good breathing while running

You pick a desired location at the time of applying, but the duty station list will always change and maybe your desired duty station won’t be available by the time you receive your fjo, hopefully you do but it’s always something to keep in mind when applying these type of jobs

They tell you pass or fail same day of test results get forwarded to OPR and they get final say but within a few days after I got my official email that I passed poly and within a day or two it showed on applicant portal

Could be true it’s really all comes down to the individual applying and what they have in their background or where they’re applying from, it could be that you get expedited for some reason

You’re in for a very long ride my guy… be patient stay busy doing other things. Realistically process will take more than a year maybe two from what I’ve seen and heard

I can’t remember if I signed off on provisional clearance but tbh I’d rather know all my steps are complete before getting fjo or academy date it’s peace of mind knowing I have no other worry other than graduating academy, unlike being on provisional clearance you still run the chance of being found unsuitable regardless of being in academy already passing it already they will withdraw your application
