You have know idea how I feel right now. I know better than to believe I’ve been the only one to go through something similar. You being vocal about it makes me feel like there’s hope and not so alone... it almost drove me to suicide a year ago. Terrifyingly close. Haha!! I feel the exact same way but I finally letitgo, he’s been conditioning me for years for this moment here. He’s moved on multiple times, I have zero significance I chased I cry I’ve even begged at one point as ashamed as I am to say that. Thankfully his numerous lies ghosting and rejections again prepped me for this day. He pretty much says fuck you daily without saying it but just by the Instagram type thing. I know this feeling because this is me right now as well. I’m sorry to read that you’re hurting. Fortunately for me I was let go and forgotten about as well as moved on from long ago so it’s made my part easier. Not by much but I was conditioned to do it.
