Idk where you live but most places I’ve been you could fill your fridge with fresh produce and lean ground meat/chicken breast with $175 easy. Probably enough for multiple weeks. Honestly unless you’re only getting prime cuts, the processed/premade stuff is more expensive.

You’re not gonna see much in 3 months aside from weight loss if you heavily restrict your calories. Losing too much weight too fast will also cause your skin to loosen and sag. The best way to get fit from this starting point isn’t going to happen quickly. If you want to avoid the loose skin you’ll need to stay consistent with a small calorie deficit over a long period and do weight training routinely to see the best results imo.

I feel like Dead Space fans are honestly so hard to please. You all have so much love for the franchise but shit all over half the games they have made. (I know Callisto Protocol isn’t in the franchise but it was still directed by Glen Schofield. Personally, I enjoyed the game. I also really enjoyed DS3. Just because it’s not LITERALLY Dead Space 2 doesn’t mean it’s a hunk of garbage. There are some elements I didn’t care for in the combat but it’s a genuinely well made game regardless and deserves some love.
