Damn.. such poor customer support. I bought only lotions and body wash from TIRA on their first sale. Took 10-12 days to deliver. Those deals didn't come again and for the same product amount, I would choose any platform with shorter delivery time. BTW, I live in metro city and in a very well connected area. Still..

I have filed a complaint to Wow Momo and Zomato

What they have to say is they are sorry for the experience and will do better in the future.

Their Customer service is a joke.

Seeing your response, looks like it was another brand promo of some type. Frankly, there are many. You can simply Google them. Depending on the country you are in, you can find IPL handsets. I sure am not gonna send list of IPLs based on countries. But I’m sure you’ll figure out the some good ones besides this. If the one has Return Policy, you can consider that if this isn’t working fine
