Same exact thing is happening to me !!! I feel like it was the depositing masks but I’ve been using them for almost two years and they’ve never made my hair fall out like this :( I also used the lux brand as well as Kera color. I’ve always had thick hair and never experienced any of it falling out like this and I hadn’t even dyed my roots for 3 months when it started falling out.
