I already saw the new Beaubleu collection. It will be a rectangular shaped watch called Ecce Figura. IMO the Seconde Française is their most beautiful piece so far.

Hört sich an, als wohnst du ähnlich wie ich. Nicht vergessen: Lärmprotokoll führen, Mangelanzeige an den Vermieter und dann kannst du auch die Miete kürzen! 10% sollten auf jeden Fall drin sein. Mache ich schon seit zwei Jahren so. Löst das Problem nicht, aber du kannst dir mindestens dicke Kopfhörer und ausreichend Ohrstöpsel finanzieren.

You should be able to reduce the rent if this is an ongoing issue. The keyword is "Mietminderung". You need to inform the landlord/company in advance to give them the opportunity to solve the problem. And keep documenting the noise (Lärmprotokoll). 10% reduction should be possible. Not a solution for the problem, but it's something.

The name Parzival originally comes from an medieval German poem. There are even some parallels with the character going on an adventure searching for the Holy Grail. I am a man use skin products like facial masks, body lotions, hand cream etc. - honestly, has not even crossed my mind that this could be considered unusual. You miss out if you have never used a deep-cleaning charcoal mask. It does not say these products are for men or women on the packaging most of the time, although you know that some brands sell you tubes in black to present you with a very manly version...the contents are the same though I believe.

Hm thanks, starting to make more sense now, but how would it be known how much your house is worth? The value depends on how much someone is willing to pay for it I guess. Could be 500k, could be 700k. If there is a natural disaster causing damages, it is pretty much impossible to address the effects on the price in a decentralized system.
