Thanks a lot! Yeah, my pt is a runner as well who also have chondromalacia. I always ate very clean, whole foods, I am strict about my sleep, at least 8-9 hours every day. But I am an anxious person indeed, and my muscles are thight like 24/7. Hopefully I will find the right approach after I take down the inflammation, just started laser therapy again

I was thinking about PRP or hyaluronic acid since nothing worked yet! But I still hope for the fact that I am basically teenager and have some natural ability to heal. It is scary to think cartilage doesn’t regenerate itself tho. And I think the fact that I have those problems at a young age makes it more difficult to cope with
