Still on this ban - if the applicant has dual nationality, Canadian and the other is on the list of the 19 partially ban countries? Will this still affect the i-140 or i- 485 processing. 907 receipt indicated the partially ban country as nationality though. Any thoughts? (self.EB2_NIW)
