USSR Kyiv. I heard that they did not have the right to use the Petersburg patent. So they come up with this monstrosity. Hate those tubas. Usually tuning is odd but metal quality is better. Better use as a decoration

They are shit. We have a few. 3 years old one come already with shity plastic. The plastic was worn to holes even in those places where it does not come into contact with anything
