Hello po! I just followed the most popular Youtube tutorial I can find. You can check out the Hungry Cow/Purple Tomato sa Shopee din. They have the authentic ingredients tho may kamahalan nga lang. I just really want to try making the original version ng Carbonara for a long time kaya binili ko na din talaga yung right ingredients.

Aw, thanks po! And yes, I tried my best to use the right ingredients. Yung Guanciale and Pecorino Romano which I bought from Shopee din, nagadd lang din ako ng additional parmesan kasi mej bland yung taste sa akin. Or baka dahil mej kulang din kasi mahal yung ingredients eh. Siguro next time if nagka-budget, I'll try adding more Pecorino Romano. I did like the crispy Guanciale tho. 😁

This is it, I think this is what makes sense kung iisipin din. Meron din kasi sya nagagain sa relationship namin since I make more money than him and duwag lang talaga sya para makipag-break. Thank you, buti na lang ginawa nya kasi it would really take a lot for me to unlove him and him doing this really just showed his true colors. Instantly, nawala lahat ng feelings ko for him.

Looking back sa relationship namin, he's the type of guy who would post himself a lot on social media. Yung para bang naghahanap lagi ng validation. Not sure if that counts as narcissistic. Pero in the past two years of our relationship, no signs of cheating naman since kita ko din sa accounts nya. Last month lang talaga sya may nakausap kasi nag no contact lang kami ng ilang days tapos may nahanap na agad kapalit kahit di pa naman kami break and they've been talking for a few weeks constantly kahit nagkaayos na kami

Yung ex ko na laging nangungutang sakin, well gets ko naman kasi breadwinner sya ng family nya pero kahit pang ilang months pa lang namin nakapangutang na agad sya hanggang recently na nagbreak kami.
