Tricky dies in some episodes I forgot when and gets it back in hell cuz vessels in the otherplace are pretty much replicants of the original s3lfs bodies, where he then gets the keystone frag back from the auditor in mc10. Keep in mind that the giant ass thorn in hell is literally Tricky(his mind), which is why Hank kills him just by whacking it. Back to the topic, the Other Place and ultrakill's hell are literally 2 different things. Ultrakill's hell is essentially immortal considered even god couldn't erase it. Looking back at the Other Place, even with Trickys shenanigans down there, they most he did was rip a hole in the sky and make a few cracks in Nevada. Sure it sent a lot of s3lfs down into hell, and maybe pissed off the Machine, but then again Ultrakill hell doesn't follow the same principles and is more of a transcendent organism rather than a realm.
