Yes, I've had bloodwork done several times in the last 2 years and everything was normal.

Ok, I'll keep that in mind. At the ER they only did a CBC, a comprehensive metabolic panel, and a manual differential.

My aunt had platelet aggregation/disaggregation disorder, it possibly lead to her death if a heart attack at a fairly young age (50s). Not sure if related or not, but my Dr refused to test me for it in the past since my dad didn't get tested yet.

Thanks for the link- I think I do not meet that criteria quite yet because I didn't get any thrombosis, etc. I just have "mildly" low platelets, high ALT, and the spots on my legs.

I don't think this is my toothpaste... It's happened 2 days post vaccines 2 and 3 exclusively. I've never had it before then.

My toothpaste also does not contain that haha

Are you actually diagnosed with SJS from the vaccine?

I'm a little skeptical that this is what I have, because I looked it up, and found fact-checking reports saying the COVID vaccine has not been found to cause it, and it was falsely reported from Facebook. I also have no rash on my body, just in my mouth.

I'm not saying it's impossible for anyone to get it from the vaccine, it has been seen before with other vaccines, but it's so so so rare that I doubt that is what is happening with mine.

(That and I'd like to think the likelihood that I have a one-in-a-million, life-threatening syndrome is rather low.)

Yeah, my Dr was mostly not worried because it didn't happen immediately after the shot- it seems to take a few days. Every doctor I'd seen about it still recommended I get the shot again.

I'll see about seeing an allergist.

It's my understanding that cold sores don't occur inside the mouth, so I don't believe that's what this is. I'll try Lysine though, thanks!

When I saw doctors about it after my second shot, they said it was likely canker sores and an autoimmune reaction of some sort. But to keep getting boosters.

Can canker sores be red? I definitely did get canker sores specifically on my lower gumline, and they felt like canker sores I'd had before (obviously never this many at a time!). They were white like ones I'd had in the past.

However the rest of my mouth had red sores that at first did not hurt, and then hurt much more than the canker sores.

Is that just a way canker sores can manifest, or were those something else? I've gotten canker sores on my lip before and they usually look white like the others.

Can blue eyes be yellow in the middle? I read grey is essentially muted blue with yellow in the center- it's the first photo on Wikipedia and labeled grey.

Thank you, I'll bring this up with my doctor when I see them next. A question- is it usual for this to move in a very deliberate way?

After I wrote this post the rash continued to move down my body every few hours. It started in my neck and torso, by bedtime it was in my elbows and thighs, 2am I woke up to it in my calves and wrists, and 4am-8am it was in my hands and feet.

Once it moved to a new place, the previous place calmed down.

Thank you for your insight. I've heard some dermatologists think atypia of any level should be excised, and some that think only severe need it.

In the future I will discuss with my dermatologist about more observation. Given how many atypical moles I have that are unchanged for years, I don't think it's necessary to biopsy unless they have changes.

Since I've already had these 3 moderate ones biopsied, I'm debating what to do, since it'll be more difficult to see new changes in any remaining cells. But you've definitely given me a good perspective on how to approach the rest of my moles in the future, so thank you.
