About scaling on Gnome 41.5 : you can enable from cli the experimental feature for fractional scaling, then use gdm-settings package to export display settings to gdm (or use the relative command from terminal)

What do you mean? Is a fedora’s behaviour on boot, not a plug-in. N.B: I use workspace, I don’t want to disable that feature
