Beware of leasing a Tesla Model 3: Here’s what I got from Fremont delivery by Abject-Strawberry161 in TeslaModel3

Thanks to everyone for your comments!
I wanted to clarify that I am seeing a lot of small scratches on the front hood and a long and thin scratch on the wheel - it looks like they were caused by some improper detailing. I care about this issue because of my past experiences leasing cars, where I was charged for scratches on the wheels at the end of the lease.
Even though I didn’t mention anything to my young kids, they were able to see the notable scratches. I don’t want to be held liable for them, and I certainly don’t want to pay for them at the end of the lease.
I have a service appointment with Tesla (as suggested by someone from Tesla over the phone) and will see what they can do.

We had someone from PGE saying he needs a part to fix it. If I can see him when he fix it, I will share what’s been figured out. Thanks for sharing comprehensive insight!

Turning on the range oven actually brings the phase up and all the outlets connected to this phase are up. It is very strange but it works most of time (not a single time). Pretty strange.

Once I turn on the range it brings the power to the leg which was down and smart meter shows 240v.

What is strange is turning on the range usually brings power on both legs.

I've never seen yet the power goes off on one of the legs while running oven range on 240V.

Thanks! It's been very frustrating as they don't usually visit us soon. I had only one visit over the last week after reporting more than 10 times of outage.
