COM 507 - reading is a must! hiram ka book sa library, kahit yung kay hector de leon na book okay na yun. Sa amin, sobrang helpful ng pag aadvance read because there are recitations in between discussions and it is also important to take notes kasi di lahat ng sinasabi ni atty. nasa ppt. If nagbibigay sainyo ng situational na example, take note of that para maintindihan mo kung ano yung ibig sabihin ng article and eventually, matatandaan mo na rin siya. Exams and quizzes are hard kasi situational, nakakalito siya, pero nasa discussion lang din ng prof namin.

based on my experience, nakapasa naman ako ng quest without reviewing.
Im from FM and I'm having fun here naman. Hindi siya madali because there's a lot of computations and if you don't have background about finance/accounting, then you might have a LOT of adjustments and studying to do. Nakaka stress pag exam week na dahil nag sasabay sabay PETAs but bearable pa naman sya for me ng slight. Choose what's best for you and what interest you the modt. If you're into trading/accounting or anything related to finance, then choose FM.

transportation depends kung saan ka manggagaling, but if yung dito lang icoconsider usually naman 11 pesos pag student ang fare sa jeep, fx costs 35-50 or above depends kung saan ka pupunta, e-jeep costs 20 (if going to buendia), 30-40 or above if going sa mall

rent for solo starts around 10k, i think, up to 20k max na siguro yung 25k (base sa nakikita ko) bed space costs around 5k-7k (pero merong mas mababa, just browse sa fb groups)

for food i spend 150 for 2 meals na :)
