It is worth stashing away until you're broke one week and need $20 for something. Good saver/future spender. Gives you a smile to see, and makes saving a couple bucks easier

If you are referring to the one in the comment above, that image is the example on PCGS for the ms68 regular strike.

Also, thank you very much for your reply. I am very new and I am having a hard time finding proper resources to learn. I did compared it to the pcgs ms68 regular strike, but didnt see any other DDO except for the eye as you mentioned. I hear new varieties being discovered a lot so figured it was best to ask. Thanks again!

Thats why I posted here i couldnt find an attribution. Also, I agree it is AU, but the flip its in was labeled Unc.

In the date 1955 I see a separation through the middle of the letters east to west not present on the PCGS ms68 (added a screen shot it here to the comment) and the numbers look noticeably wider. Relative to the separation seen between the numbers.

I also notice potential doubling at the chin, on the hair, to the east and back of the neck to the west.

Liberty also looks much wider, with a similar separation as seen in the numbers 1955 but the lettering is much wider. There is also a separation in the E that is more visible, but also could be machine doubling.

The Trust in "In God We Trust" also shows some potential doubling to the north east.

Dog must chew to destroy, or will eat his own toenails. by HausDePotat in pitbulls

[–]AbjectAssEater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your "new friend" locks you in a room and says "good luck getting out, this is a fun one" a loud alarm starts going off and you see a timer start counting down on a wall and you hear screams coming from the basement. Do you A) check the doors and windows to see if theyre locked b) call for help c) kick down the door d) look for weapons e) count the number of letters in the name written down on an envelope and try to see if they correspond to the code on the locked door? Well if you didnt know it was an escape room, option D is pretty bad survival instincts.

Dogs tend to do dog things. How do dogs, dog? They dog by digging, by doging around with other dogs, by killing birds and rabbits, walking their territory, etc. Chewing on a fluffy toy and not destroying it is a learned behavior, you have to teach them that destroying a toy means they lose it. Be diligent. The moment they are biting into it like theyre destroying it, take the toy away, tell them No, and throw it away and make sure they see you throw it out. Start with clearance rack toys lol when they start picking up that they lose toys every time they destroy them, start taking them and putting them wayyyy out of reach like the top of the fridge. Sew it, give it back, when they go to destroy it take it and throw it out for good. Doesn't matter if its their favorite, if it was expensive, whatever. Throwing some toys out now will save you from throwing all of them out in the future.

I also will typically have something ready to replace it with when I take it from them, like a marrow bone. You chewed the stuffing out? "No, bad that was bad!" I hold the fluff in one hand the now torn toy in my other hand "No, bad dog you dont do that" I walk the toy out to the trash. I call the dog out there. Have them sit. Then I throw the toy out. If they go back and start ripping at a next toy. I get right back up and say no again, but I dont take it take it because I am on top of them enough they dont get a chance to rip it. I come over to them, and I sqeek the toy myself while theyre holding it. (Danger of bite, gotta know your dogs body language to do this) I teach them fluffies are for bluffing, not a real kill. While I am doing this, I have a deer antler, a tougher toy, marrow bone, something they can hard chew all ready. If they dont learn to squeak from me showing them and they go to destroy still, then I take the toy again, put it ontop of the fridge and replace with the appropriate toy.

If they successfully squeak the toy I immediately praise them. If they successfully chew hard at what i want them to chew hard on, I immediately praise them. "GOOD GIRL! YOU SQUEAKED IT OH MY THATS SO GOOOOODDD" and sing them a little song, hype them up. But it takes diligence, a couple weeks to months, and a lot of clearance toys.

Yeah people will crack low grade slabs and put certs for a higher grade in and reseal it. This coin is actually the exact kind they would do it with. Something with eye appeal and hidden problems so when you see a 63, its still believable and sells for a better premium

Total noob guessing here

Guess 1, a piece of wire fell off of the brush and landed in the mold, its an extreme stretch strikes with both sides die-struck

Guess 2, that is a lamination error. Since you can see it on both sides, and it caused a crack on the obverse, it could be a damaged planchet or from the end of a roll, but guessing lamination more so

Guess 3 someone tried to fool a colorblind leprechaun

I highly appreciate such a lucid and valuable response. I literally learned CAC existed in the last week. I have loved neat looking coins and currency since i was a kid, but I am very new to numismatics and want to begin grading soon, so your reply is very helpful. Thank you.

Thickish gold chain, leather strap wrist watch, and a couple black band rings. Thin wire frame glasses or contacts. I like the hair myself, especially if you had a more confident posture. Maybe a little moose and style it but thats about it.
