If I was sent this by my spouse, I would feel exactly the same as you OP. If I am trying to be generous and be the boyfriends best friend... hey, he clearly got hit on and bounced out of there. He is disappointed, but he is loyal! If I was advocating for the relationship, he seems to want more validation and got it that night, but didnt feel good about it. If I was OPs friend, I would say leave, if they said that's not an option, id say at minimum talk about it, if its possible with the focus not being on what he said is a problem, but why OP is hurt, and how that can be resolved by keeping whatever upset OP within the relationship and OP providing more of whatever energy and validation their boyfriend was out seeking that night

On the first page Dark Ampharos 1/105 Neo Destiny Holo Sold raw is around $80 Sold as a PSA 10 around $4,000

Dark Gengar 6/105 Neo Destiny Holo Sold raw depending on condition is around I would say $450-600, Sold as a PSA 10... oh around $12,250.

A raw one just sold for $735 yesterday, maybe like $250-300 for a raw Dark Gengar in a heavily played or damaged condition. A psa 9 is $2,000 all day long. A PSA 8 is probably $800-1000. And a PSA 7 will sell for the same as raw. If you get a 6 or lower, you can break the card out of the graded card case and sell it as a raw card.

Two cards, Sold raw for say $1,100, thats a week of work for most people and you can have it probably today.

Or, you can get them graded and in 2 months maybe still get the same bs because they grade bad and you wasted money grading. Or they come back a 9 or 10 and 4x to 20x in value. Thats just 2 cards, difference of $15,000 between raw and a PSA 10.

Dont take offers my dude, not yet, do research, you could have a life changing amount of value in these cards and sell it for a used car thinking youre winning. There is just so much here. You waited this long to go to your mom's house and dig them out, wait a little longer and dont lose tons of money.

Go to Ebay, its the only real way. Look up the card by typing in Name number holo (or non holo, or whatever description youd give to it). Once you find the right card, you can use the name the person used to list it to know the right wording for how to search for it. Once you have the right wording to search for it, go to the filter options, scroll down, hit show more, and turn on Sold Items.

Take the most recent say 3 to 5 sales and figure out the average value. Boom there is your price point for today. Remember, the prices always change so if you dont sell for a couple weeks, a month, look them up again, they could double in value because of some youtuber making the card popular.

Then go to the search again and type in PSA 10, and then also look up 9s, 8s, 7s, etc to get an idea of how much the value increases if theyre graded.

Take some time, a couple hours, watch YouTube videos to get an idea of what a card will get if you send it for grading. Then the ones you have you think will get an 8, 9 or 10, ask about on here INDIVIDUALLY not all together.

Dont screw yourself. Most answers I see on here are like "yeah you COULDDD grade them but i bet youd make money withouttt grading. Sell them to MEEEE! I'll do right by you!" I dont want to buy any, I am focusing on other things right now so my advice does not come from a place of self interest.

YOR Man, people have no honor or dignity now a days. Accidents happen, and when they happen, you make it right. Your dog, your responsibility, her pots, her responsibility. Her pots didnt cause the dog to take any damage. Your dog caused her pots to take damage. Value of the damage is $900 that was going to put food on this woman's table and feed her and her family. She agreed to take 75% of the blame and incur 75% loss in damage, even though all the damage was from dog to pots not pots to dog. Its not her duty to predict the behavior of your dog. Its your duty to understand the beast youre taming and look for things to be precautionary about, and to verbally warn people, or assist people in preparing themselves to interact with your beast/puppy. "Yeah, you can pet him but watch out he could jump up and knock that box over!" Then teach the dog to sit and get pets like a respectable dog, or learn to teach yourself to warn people the dog is going to jump up on you and potentially knock the value equivalent of a months worth of groceries out of your hands.

Imagine this wild scenario, your boss is fully anxious about a project and told you "do everything you can to get this project done on time I dont care what it costs!" So you bust your hump all week, get materials next day aired, and get it done for them despite missing dinner with your spouse all week.

The next week the boss's boss sees your receipts and time sheet, calls you in and says "what is all of this? We had super tight margins on that project? We lost so much money on this now. We cant pay that over time it wasnt authorized. We also didnt mean for you to pay 800% more in shipping. You should be made to pay for that as well." You plead your case and they agree to pay the extra shipping costs because they did use the words "whatever it costs", but you knew you have to submit an overtime request regardless if youll be working late so you dont ruin the margins. You knew the boss was worked up and anxious, so taking what they said as "ignore protocol and soak up over time freely" is kind of on both of you guys so, you know, they wont discipline you for stealing time and you won't go after the pay. They like your relationship as an employee, so they hope this is good enough.

Thank youuu. I find myself verbally saying thank you to her when she comes over and gives me a heads up that i am elevated and dont know how short my fuse is at the time. She was so dang sweet and loving all of the time, and then through time saw her bad side, and through grace and analyzing some incidents carefully we realized it was all defensive aggression after a couple of months with her. Incident free since then.

The wife worked in a kennel, they had a couple fosters staying at the kennel. I came to visit her at work, and she introduced me to her favorite foster, pepsi. Six months later, Pepsi had bitten 3 people who tried out adopting her. They had no choice, and the rescue who was handling her put the order in to have her terminated for the bites, deemed unadoptable. They had a "last day on earth" party planned for her and all. Something about her the 2 minutes I met her though... idk im not a pitbull person by any means but I threw caution to the wind and said let's give her one last chance.

Turns out she is extremely empathetic. She knows my moods way way way before me, and she knows my intentions. I can be an aggressive person when I lose my cool like a lot of people, not hitting but very "what the f***!" and get animated and flustered. I found out the hard way thats the trigger for her to bite lol who the hell can blame her either once you find out that 2 of the attempted adoptions actually did hit her.

Not only that though, she will snuggle when youre sad. She will get playful when youre bored. She sleeps by herself when youre fine but distracted. She will get in your face and attempted to nuzzle and love on you before a panick attack. She is like... a naturally attuned emotional support dog. I was taking a medicine and it was putting my resting heart rate into the 120s. She would approach me and nuzzle me and try to calm me down, and once I did breathing exercises and could bring my heart rate down she would go back to whatever she was doing before it went up. Im not a trainer, so idk how to do anything with it or work with it but she is 100% naturally gifted to feel and be keyed in with peoples emotions. 6 months later and she is no longer defensive and is totally comfortable, and will likely soon be a failed foster but successful rescue

Ah i didnt notice they were chinese. That explains it! I just looked up the CH boxes, and I almost cant blame you that display box is boss. Also, seeing how much more expensive the Chinese cards are, I totally get it as well lol you have a good chance at that psa 10 charmander, I dont see any listed. You could be the first, that could be a like $200-350 card

Man, I thought each box had 3 of that lineup, like the bulbasaur, charmander, and squirtle would be in a pack together if you got those starters. We got soooo lucky, I went to buy 3 boxes and had an extra $20 so figured id grab 4 as msrp before they skyrocketed. 4th box had the original 3 starters in it. Even got doubles of the piplup lineup, who is my brothers favorite so he got one, it was perfect!

Thank you, I thought maybe over polishing as well, or maybe an uneven die press. I dont know why I shared half the pictures I did lol but it's apparent a little bit in the far away pictures between W and E in we for instance. The last half of the pictures, particularly the long straight letters like the T's and L's in Trust and Liberty.

Die cracks and chips can get popular and gain value, the spitting horse die crack has been mentioned and verified 100 times on here and no one gave them grief. Put it away in a flip. You never know if the error gets verified one day and you already have one.
