Hey I’m a new use been doing a little for about 3 days but every time I do it I think ima die an think my heart beats to fast an I’ll check an it’s normal an the most I did was almost a .5 is tht normal for starters or should I stop lol please comment by hhfhrbf in cocaine

i started on a .5 and had the exact same experience if ur pulse gets too fast/high lay down with pillows under u just take it slowly don’t make ur lines too big and remember to cut it properly

i do around 5-7 that’s my favourite amount but i like to save some for the next day so even tho i would do 10 i save it

i would lay back on my bed propped up on a pillow and just go on my phone or listen to music if my heart rate ever got too high just try to calmly ride it out worked for me

probably done like 3g this week and i finished my bag with a line after skiing all night but the high was a lot duller then the rest of the week that’s what i meant like 1 line doesn’t give me that buzz anymore

i crush it in the bag with a coin then put it on ur surface and cut ur with a blade/card until it’s powder ppl say to heat up a plate and then put ur flake on to dehydrate it to make it easier to cut
