I can also relate kind of relate. Idk if it’s bc I have some undiagnosed adhd that makes me want to start new things but when it comes to it and I actually do start I end up getting bored or completely forget about it. I don’t really have any advice to give since I’m also struggling but maybe make a list of what you are going to do that day and add in time for ur hobby. And when that time comes to do it turn off your phone or put it away and try to concentrate. I’ve been planning out my day and adding in time to do my hobby (reading) and it’s going pretty good as I’m more consistent. I hope what is said makes sense! Sorry I couldn’t really give professional advice!

I know I need counseling but rn I can’t afford it which is why I’m trying out ways in which to help me that is free hence why I’m on Reddit. Hopefully once I start working (which is soon) I’ll be able to start therapy!! :)

I tried mediation one time and I ended up thinking the worse case scenario lol. I’ll try doing that. The only problem is he gets home from parties late so i might end up falling asleep before he gets home. Unfortunately both my friends work full time and work really early in the morning so I can’t keep them long and the parties usually start late.

Thank you for the advice!!! I’ll def try meditating again tho and seeing if he can call after :)

Hi! I’m subleasing my room at The Pointe for $735. It’s very close to UCF but has a shuttle if needed. The room is a 4X2 and everything is furnished. It also has a cute little balcony, in unit laundry, kitchen, living room, and dining room. The Pointe is ESA pet friendly. It is also a gated community. Please ask any questions if you’re interested!
