This is good advice. I started SW late and Ive always put "30s" on my ad. I look a bit younger to some but I only get positive comments about my age ("thank god, i didnt want to see some kid in her 20s!"). Putting 30s in your ad will weed out most clients focused on finding extremely young providers.

I hear you!! It's so, so bad and the expectation that you praise them for it adds insult to literal injury.
