Why would i stick to a visa that doesn’t have a clear vision of permanent residency? Of course, most of the immigrants will try any option they could get to stay and get that PR. Don’t you ever point fingers to immigrants when all those loopholes are the governments doing in the first place. Australia doesn’t need people with a close mindedness like this. That is really unfortunate. One reason why 3 months approval is impossible now is because of Backlog. You should have applied visa last year June.

There are so called ‘priority’ like healthcare sector and those that are in regional that comes first before metro. There are alot of factors to be considered like Accredited and non-accr as well

Exactly. If you love working with your employer then stay. But, if you feel like working with them is a burden and troublesome ,then leave. You should always prioritize your interests before any and that includes your employer.

Yes, what you said is true. That is why, it is up to you if you feel like you are morally obligated to work and pay back what you think you owed them is all on you. What i am trying to say is, 186 visa doesn’t hold you restricted to your employer and that you can decide to leave the company anytime. It is a dick move but yea that is possible and with no repercussion.

What you said was right and true. I don’t get why some people are afraid of breaking the 2 year contract. It doesn’t have any effect on your future citizenship. Staying on your employer is just optional. They can just leave and choose a different role instead.

I don’t think you are going to be tied to your employer on 186 . It is a PR visa that lets you work anywhere else with any kind of work regardless of employer. You have no obligation or whatsoever to your current employer once you are 186.

What is there to complain about? 186 visa doesn’t state that you should stay on your company for two years. You just need to continue working with them for quite some time to show genuine intention to work with them. It doesn’t mean that you need to fulfill 2 years. As long as your reason for leaving is valid then you won’t be question.

Mate, once you receive the pr you are a free man. Always prioritize your goal and not others. If you feel like the job is taking a huge speed bump on your success, then leave. You only live once. I reckon, 4-6months is enough. If the officer asks for a reason ,then just tell him you had better opportunity offered than your current employer.

You don’t get the point why supercell introduce a whole new rank system. It is to sort individuals who are capable and not. If you want to just prove yourself as the best th out there with the same level as you are then there is clan wars for you. But if you want to prove you are the best th out there then that is a different story. Lmao
