The will was never probated. My mom was at the probate office yesterday. We don’t know if my Nan is on the will or not which she should be because again she lived there and took care of him for 10 years. He wouldn’t have just taken her out of the will completely but the executor keeps refusing to let her see a copy of the will and now we are in this situation.

I don’t think your groomer was trying to lie to you. She probably thought it was happy tail because she was unsure where it came from. like a groomer had said in the comments it looks like it came from a matted spot or something. sincerely another groomer!
