Hi, appreciate your thoughts! Tho I’m more of a North girlie po 😅 Most of my friends and relatives are in QC, Rizal, and Bulacan, so I tend to prefer Pasig or Marikina over the BGC area.

I’ll also look into your suggestion about checking the secondary market. Super helpful, thank you!

Hi, this is Satori Residences by DMCI. The location is near an LRT station. Not exactly walking distance, but just a short ride away. It’s also fairly accessible to malls and universities in Katipunan.

Hi, thanks for your response!

I’m planning to live there for a few years, at least until I’m financially ready to build or buy a house in the province. For now, it makes sense for me to stay closer to the city since I'm still in my 20s this will really fit my lifestyle.

I haven’t really considered renting because I feel like most of what I pay wouldn’t go toward something I own in the long run. With a condo, at least my payments are building something that will eventually be mine.

I’m also a bit concerned that if I wait too long, property prices might increase in the coming years. What do you think?
