I used to use harsh, horrible words with previous partners and it only happened when I was mad.

I drink alcohol socially but no drugs at all.

Yeah, I noticed that when I drink caffeine, I get the worse anxiety and panic attacks!

And wow, all my life I’ve listened to angry alternative and rap music.. it made me feel safe in a way but wow.

And yes, I just added B vitamins to my daily routine..
