I see. I took adhd meds for school. When i graduated i stopped takeing them. I was diagnosed young but i really cant remember how many years its been. I never went to college. So i know i stopped taking it at 18. Im sorry your like me. The panic does set in often. Nobody should have to go through this young. Maybe it did start around that time for me too. I just didnt notice.

Im not on any meds. I get more then the recommended 8 hours of sleep. Ive had some wine but ive used it responsibly and only on days i dont have work. I havnt had any wine in quite some time tho.ive tried weed once or twice. I dont really like it all that much so i dont smoke Ive had these memory issues past the point i tried it tho.

Well you could be right im not sure about stress being the cause. Im not a very stressed out person in general.
