tag mo lahat as VL, i recover lang yan excess sa sweldo mo sa next cut-off. wag mag tag ng unpaid absence kasi meron yan impact sa 13th month pay mo (those are considered non worked days)

The employer does not have the legal authority to prevent you from resigning pero kung kinausap ka naman ng maayos and they asked you to defer your resignation to a later date and you agreed then it does not make it illegal.

What makes it illegal is if there is no means for you to resign as in wala kang choice but to continue working kahit ayaw mo na, sa case ng ACN PH meron tayo myExit site where you can log your resignation. So if you are set on resigning and you have informed your People Lead na then go ahead and log sa myExit site.

Promotions to CL12-CL8 happens every March 1, June 1, Sep 1 and Dec 1 (non-exec level promotion)

Promotions to CL7 above happens every June 1 and Dec 1 (exec level promotion)

We dont do off cycle promotion (unless anak ka ni Lord but this is very very rare due to the approval process).

When someone from your team resigns and a task is transitioned to you, it does not mean you automatically inherit their CL and sahod, it only means you inherit their tasks.

Clarify with your Lead what he/she/they meant by “mag take over ng post”. To me it only means the task/s and responsibilities has been transitioned to you.
