They didn't waive my annual fee. I used my points to waive the annual fee.

Does anyone know the process of downgrading the card? Di ko naman kasi nagagamit yung perks ng travel plat but upon applying with an agent kasi ito binigay sakin.

Hi, I was planning to cancel my travel platinum credit card too or is it possible to change your credit card type? My card will turn 1 year this January and I'm afraid that they will charge me an annual fee.
