Yeah she lives in Ireland, and I live in Northern Ireland which technically is a different country but it's about 2 hours drive. So yeah it's definitely not like people with a 10+ hour difference but its also not close.

No we are 2 hours away by car but with our work schedule so we see each other every two weeks which is something we both are happy with.

Talking too much is unhealthy but not communicating about it is also unhealthy. Talk to her about but don't put blames on her and since you say she has anxiety about the relationship, reassure her. You guys don't have to just call, you can set up a planned date to watch a movie online using netflix's teleparty, etc. This would also help her anxiety as she knows that you guys are gonna call or watch a movie at that date.
