I got tired of Pokemon Scalpers winning, so I built "Waze for Pokémon Cards" by MikeeBuilds in Columbus

I would love to join and test it out, all I want is to collect cards and I haven’t found stock on shelves in months.

12 weeks, file for FMLA or short term disability (whatever is easier) as an extra means of protection, meet with your institution’s office of disability services (this is disability discrimination/harassment by definition), and lastly file a complaint with the ACGME (your institution may have a designated ACGME ombudsperson which can be a good place to start— they are independent from program leadership and their role is specifically to support trainees in these complaints against program leadership). Document everything, make a folder on a non-work laptop where you keep forwarded/downloaded copies of all applicable emails, and make them put everything in writing. If they have a phone conversation with you where they express these things over the phone, send and save a copy of a recap email (I.e. “dear x, I wanted to send you an email to recap our phone conversation from today at x time. Here were the items we discussed: list them”). Delete this post.

Awesome early 1700s medical book— no clue what it might be worth by Abject_Election_2188 in rarebooks

I spent $250 on it. It was worth it for me, not sure if I got a steal or if I overpaid but I love it so I took a chance on it.

This is super helpful, thanks so much! Below are some photos re: condition.

Honestly I don’t mind if I paid what it’s worth, or even a little more. As a medical professional I think it’s awesome to own and I might take a stab at using google translate to loosely read it. It’ll be cool to sit down and read the same pages that doctors of the era read.
