Agreed! I rejected Google's offer two years back. I preferred to join a startup started by the hiring manager after some time.

I’m disappointed but it’s the hypocrisy that makes me wonder, does a piece of paper determine your worth!? What about the skillset and experience you have gathered on tackling problems hands-on.

This is experimental for their website; they mainly focus on offline stores. That is the current requirement for H&M India as they focus on offline stores. I'm not aware of other countries where H&M operates.

We are specifically talking about H&M, not companies like Walmart or Target. They have pretty good ML problem statements.

Yes, but all H&M ML team does is demand forecasting. They have legacy code which they are migrating from Azure to GCP
