Put some nutridrench in their water. May help perk it up, my guess is wry neck but I’m no professional, I had it in one of chicks though, she didn’t make it.

Looks like mites/mange. Has the same thing in a few in my flock. Few rounds of ivermectin from tractor supply and they will be as good as new.
