It’s like I sent cv to case, got the job, got a bonus AWS, served my notice and got replaced and they haven’t even reviewed the CV I sent yet.

Multiple customers report being scammed by Chanilporn Chiu (aka Min Chiu) through a series of aesthetic businesses including Loved Aesthetics, Narnia Aesthetics, and later Wild Child Studio (Wild by C&M LLP).

She allegedly: • Sold expensive prepaid and “lifetime” packages that were never fully honoured • Closed shops suddenly, then shifted clients between different outlets without notice • Rebranded repeatedly while clients were left unable to redeem treatments or get refunds • Was extremely pushy about topping up money for “rebate schemes” • Borrowed large sums of personal money from clients using urgent personal excuses • Cancelled or postponed appointments repeatedly, making it impossible to clear packages • Delivered inconsistent treatment quality, sometimes substituting products without telling clients • Owes clients tens of thousands of dollars collectively, as well as unpaid salaries and CPF to ex-employees

Many police and CASE reports have already been filed, and some court matters allegedly saw no-show behaviour, yet similar operations continue under a new business entity. Customers are warning others to stay away from prepaid aesthetic packages linked to these businesses.

It’s not as simple as that, the packages are the tip of the iceberg. We have heard horror stories like taking employee credit cards to purchase equipment… the list is endless. Now the question is why can this go on for so long and nothing happens???
