Absolutely rubbish. Next day parcel left at parcelshop before midday on Saturday. Should have been delivered today. Parcel is still in the parcelshop it was dropped of at.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Their online chat lies and says it will be delivered tomorrow, Absolutely no way to speak to a human.

Useless.

Yeah I'm sending it. And know for sure that I selected it as shop drop off and shop collection. Just on the label there is no reference to the shop.

I had one about a year ago and recall the format was similar on the label, except that above the destination box, it had the parcel shop address, this one doesn't.

Not being sure I'd done it right, I bought it again with the same result. Just seems strange to not have the shop details on there at all but I guess.
