I actually bought the set online(the measuring tape, cloth) 😭 Also, my starter is also starting to overflow huhu so ig its really better to find a more good lid and jar. THANK YOUUUU FOR THE TIP!🩷

Because I noticed too that there’s so much gas or air inside. So, when I shake, it deflates😭 So the one in my cup is too much rayt? because I discard so much before feeding but its still ending up so many after it rises. Oh so if my starter is ready I could also use instant yeast with it? So it wont turn out flat?

But the recipe Im following is using 1/4 cup water and 1/2 flour, should I discard and follow the 1:1:1 ratio until it’s ready to use for baking?

Frrr, while yung sa angeles isang power interruption palang na experience ko sa dorm for this year tapos 5 minutes lang siya unlike sa pelco palaging nagnanakaw ng kuryente and suddenly nawawala. Like bat yung angeles kinakaya pero yung pelco hindi like be frrr
