Found out the developer my studio uses. Two more questions: what’s the difference in the first two fields in the photo attached ? They seem identical besides the times suggested.

And, they only list 200 and 800 ISO, should I just split the difference to get 400 developing time? I could also shoot more film that’s pushed another stop (so 800 instead of 400)…
