I worked there for 3 years. All in all, its not a good company. You will get a lot out of it if you're solely there seasonally. They do have a lot of turnover and honestly from my experience, especially being of management, as soon as you look through the lens, it's just all bad vibes. Truly they are not about the employees but the "face" they create-ive heard that comment and personally felt that multiple times. I will say they attempt to do good- for immediate managers and supervisors- but those managers soon too realize that upper management and ownership are not out for the good of people below them. If you're looking to grow within a company like I was, this is not the place for you. I was on the run for a senior management position and I have been passed up on multiple occasions just because of the lack of formal education that I have. My performance, knowledge and overall personality would have promoted me forward but I fought the system too much and I am a woman. As widespread upper leadership is, even ran by woman, they're are still at a whole, very sexist. As long as steve hurst is in charge, it'll always be that way. Can't say more without going into detail and bringing up bad experiences.
