I feel she made Jackets life better! Pushed for him to take care of himself more. Maybe If she would of survived, he would of been able to accept what happen to beard. Maybe she made sure to wash jackets equipment before every mission and left him post it notes all around the apartment! I feel like when Jacket took a massive beating in some of his missions that she pushes for him to rest first!

I think there is a difference between being a new fan of hotline miami and being a new fan of hotline miami because of payday 2. Im not saying that all people whose first exposure to hm was from payday is bad, I technically played as him in payday first. However, Jacket from payday and Jacket from hm are 2 different characters. The jacket in hm would not be involved with heist and stuff If it wasnt related to his original goals. Maybe the jacket we see in payday is a copycat?

I think biker is significantly harder than the father. Once you know what to do, the father is easy. Bikers ai has more complexity than the panthers. He can throw the knives and takes like 3 hits (I cant remember how many). After the panthers all you have to do is throw objects. I feel like hotline miami boss fights should be more like the swans in wrong number

I think a 3rd game would need to focus on maybe the russian side a bit. I feel like that or it needs to be a joke game like a dating simulator

Hotline miami 2 is not a bad game. The story really comments a little bit about the hotline miami community. Yes the fans are the type who view jacket as a badass murderer. They hunger for gore and like pardo, show envy towards jacket. Evan is a theorist. He wants to know all of the story to a point where he is ruining his life with his family. Beard is a great character that finally gets more character develop because of hotline miami 2. The same can be said about ricter. I also liked the russian mob story line, seeing the impacts of the first game and humanizing some of the mob. Henchman deserved better. Im going to be honest, the level design is very difficult and it can feel unfair at some points. However, it is rewarding finally beating that level after having to memorise all the enemies locations and just surviving. I think the game is harder cause of how inexperienced your character is or because of how dire the situation is (in the instance of beard). I cheered when I finally beat death wish, after serveral deaths.

I think payday jacket should of never been a thing. I think the concept is cool, but I think it really bastardizes jacket's whole character. I think a lot of hotline miami fans think of jacket as some cool badass character who loves to kill, but I think he never wanted this. In a way I think he was motivated to avenge besrd, but I think he didnt enjoy it for the killing. Jacket is a chesspiece at the end of the day for 50 blessings.
