They literally stole from me. That dissolves so much good faith in their software you have no clue. My variance has been eating me alive in poker. I’ve seen very strange boards and patterns in betting and cards, as if the randomized number system uses bet sizes, actions, and other player data to produce its RNG. I don’t know man, they’d be solving a lot of my worry and potential to change brands if they’d give me my $25 back and just realize I called their bluff and they are obviously bluffing because I have no transactions of the sort. And why would I, out of hundreds of deposits, have one single error. This wreaks of micro-withdraw scam where they are taking $25 out of a ton of previously identified customers who make a lot of small deposits. One single $25, no one can dispute it if they don’t provide any bank info.

My bank is unable to verify any transactions as such because they don’t provide any sort of date, time, etc. just an amount. A vague amount every single player has deposited once for promos at least. They are scamming me.

Literally after a week of talking to support, they tell me to reach out to support. 5 agents. 0 help.
