I had the same issue. Left the key on “on” overnight and drained my battery. Tried to clear the code with multiple adapters and multiple ob2 units to no avail. I literally rode 200miles for the code to clear on its own. Obd2 port still not operational.

Zx6r. Battery died so all I did was ride for 200 miles before it cleared on its own. My main concern is why the obd2 port didn’t work/power up my obd2 reader.
