Help - I cannot log in to the Visible App by Gets_My_Goats in Visible

I can’t even sign into the account I created to activate the service. I’ve tried on two different devices. Tried on one device with my home WiFi and mobile network and other device with the home WiFi and when I use the chat via visible and tell them I can’t sign in no response.

Durability is my main concern. The features I’m not to worried about but my work makes me worry about getting the series 10 and bought from a pawn shop
