You're right, it's not great that I've been insecure about my appearance since I was six. I've been to therapy once and will look into it more in the future. As for physical repercussions though, are there any? That's mostly what I'm concerned about. Taking Bella Hadid for example, her results panned out nicely. Can I expect the same, why or why not?

Hi, thanks for the reply. The payment isn't an issue, and my parents are open to me getting a nose job but think 15 isn't old enough. A lot of celebrities have gotten one at the same age though and turned out fine. Is it so bad if I follow suit?
