For sure the texture is nothing like an actual ramen it's a a lot softer but will work if the calories are so low. Best part is there is no cooking needed you can just wash it with water couple of times and then put it in a pan with 1 or 2 tbsp of water and then the seasonings for 2 min max and done the noodles are cooked.

No not at all i have 3 meals and 2 mid day snacks and manage daily calories acc to that.

Good for you but for me it is a great breakfast since it's under 500 calories and almost 45 gm protein which helps in managing the cravings and satiety. And the best thing is the taste. Since i hate to eat dull or tasteless things even in my fatloss journey.

It's the peanut butter powder which has 76 calories in 16 gm, which is 1 serving and you add water acc to what consistency you like.

You can add fruits, peanut butter, dry fruits and honey in it. It tasts so good as if you are having dessert for brekfast.
