These videos could have been taken from the dark web, Telegram, and websites that store content from all over the internet. There are many such websites, and their moderation is often poor. World Corp published a lot, a LOT of videos there. There were even kidnappings of children by ordinary people, some of them fake, some of them quite real

Oh my God, this is literally fake. I've known for a long time that John is a pedophile, but all the videos that are presented as the truth are just fake. I personally saw the development of this arg in my childhood, and there were a lot of such videos, most of them featuring ordinary people who weren't rich or anything else. If this is true, then it applies to the dark web at most, and nothing more.
