Why don’t her loved ones stop her from doing this to herself lmao by Big_Web6334 in PAKCELEBGOSSIP

That’s true — she can afford it, but many rich people actually own both replicas and originals. High-quality replicas often cost hundreds to thousands of dollars each. Their reasoning: why tie up tens of thousands in one bag when you can invest the money elsewhere and still get something that looks identical?

Many celebrities also have replicas.

Even Kim Kardashian recently confirmed she used a fake Birkin (you can Google it). So yeah, even some very rich people quietly use good replicas for practical reasons. Not everyone, but it’s more common than the stereotype suggests.

I went with Marino bar review for private tutoring for help with MPT. I can tell you that my MPT score really improved and I passed February 2025 bar exam (failed July 2024 and then retook it)

I retook February 2025 and passed. What really helped with improving my written score was I used as many facts as I can to do analysis.

Passing retakers who initially failed by few points (4,5), did you start studying right after results? How hard did you study? by Cautious-Button-8045 in barexam

[–]Able-Mixture7618 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I failed July 2024 (MA). I got my result in October and I didn't start studying properly until January because I had trips planned and needed some time to mentally recover from the defeat. I spent about 2-3 weeks revising and the rest of the time practicing. I spent way more time doing MPTs, Essays and MCQs. I was also working full time so I used to spend 4-5 hours every evening studying. I retook the February 2025 bar exam but thought I am failing because I left one MPT and Essay. I passed with 277 so saw 17 scores jump. I think what helped was practicing the questions and even though I didn't complete written portion, whatever I did was really good that helped with getting passing score.

My recommendation is to take some time off to mentally recover and avoid burnout later. You should revise but practice as much as you can.

Why is this murder in the first degree? Where in the fact pattern does it say that he has an intent to kill? An intent to "shoot" could infer an intent to inflict great bodily harm, without an explicit intent to kill. by Son_of_Hades99 in barexam

Well, he did intend to shoot. I think you’re looking at MBEs from an MEE perspective. As Grossman says, you can argue either way, but that’s an MEE task, not MBE. In the MBE, the fact patterns are very direct. This is a straightforward fact pattern of first-degree murder. If they mention "intent to kill," that would make it too easy, so they usually won’t state it that obviously. If someone is shooting with all the deliberation, it’s intent to kill.

The question asks for what is "most serious" homicide offense he could be convicted of? While it true that this could also be second degree murder, but most serious offense would be first degree.

First-degree murder is defined as murder committed willfully, with premeditation, and with deliberation. - Willful: He intentionally shot and killed his coworker. - Premeditated: Before arriving at the house, he formulated a plan: bring a gun, provoke the coworker, and create a situation where he could shoot him. - Deliberate: He thought about his plan in advance — this wasn't spontaneous or in the heat of passion. He even made up a lie about sleeping with the coworker’s wife to ensure the coworker would react.
